Use of machine tool
Gantry machining center machine tool is a kind of high-efficiency, high-precision and high-reliability machine tool, with characteristics of fixed crossbeam, moving bench and gantry frame structure. On the basis of inheriting the strong rigidity and good stability of the traditional gantry, advanced design concept is introduced, digested and absorbed, such as through the use of finite element method for mechanical analysis and reasonable reinforcement arrangement to improve the overall rigidity, static accuracy and dynamic performance of the machine tool. This kind of machine tool can efficiently and accurately finish the milling, drilling, boring, reaming and other complex multi-process machining of the parts. One-time clamping of the parts and five sides processing of the parts can be realized through selecting the right angle milling head and universal milling head. This kind of machine tool is applied to mechanical manufacturing, mold and complex surface machining, which is widely used in general machinery, aviation, aerospace, automobile, nuclear industry, energy, mold, locomotive, heavy machinery, engineering machinery, ships, machine tools, electronics, printing, textile and other manufacturing industries.
